Guarantee:
This service includes one (1) complimentary cleaning if the drain becomes clogged again within five (5) days from the initial service date, available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. For service requests outside of these hours, specifically from Monday through Sunday, 5 PM to 11 PM, an additional service fee of $100 will apply.
Following the complimentary cleaning, any further cleanings required during the guarantee period will incur a minimum service charge of $150.
Emergency George’s Drain Cleaning LLC assumes no responsibility for blockages caused by the disposal of rags or other non-biodegradable materials during the guarantee period.
This guarantee is void if the invoice is not paid within ten (5) days of issuance.
Conditions:
Emergency George’s Drain Cleaning LLC will not be liable for any water or sewer damage resulting from opening a line to clear a blockage.
Additionally, Emergency George’s Drain Cleaning LLC assumes no responsibility for damage arising from deterioration, broken, or improperly installed plumbing. If a broken pipe or municipal stoppage is discovered during service, the customer will be charged accordingly.
Terms of Sale:
Payment on all outstanding balances is due within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. A monthly service charge of three percent (3%) will be applied to any unpaid balances beyond this period.
No Warranty on Toilets: Emergency George’s Drain Cleaning LLC does not provide any warranty coverage on toilet services.
